The accommodation is just a 3-minute walk from the Teatro Massimo, in the heart of Palermo, in Via Sant'Agostino (ZTL), an ideal starting point to visit the historic center on foot, within walking distance of the main attractions. The apartment consists of a kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. *Return transfer service from Palermo airport available upon request* The space The space is arranged as follows: - KITCHEN with induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, coffee pod machine, oven, microwave, kettle, various kitchen utensils and dining table; - BEDROOM I with double bed, single bed, smart TV, wardrobe and desk; - BEDROOM II with double bed, smart TV, wardrobe and desk; - TWO BATHROOMS with sink, shower, bidet and toilet. ADDITIONAL SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning with heat pumps (split in the kitchen and in the two bedrooms), two fans, mosquito nets, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer. ATTENTION: the apartment is accessed from BEDROOM I (with double bed and single bed), with a few steps. WARNING: please note that there may be noise due to work in progress in the building. Guest access The accommodation is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay, and there are no spaces shared with the host or other tenants.
