The bathroom has a flush toilet, shower, and a combo washer/dryer. Outside, enjoy the views of the pasture, birds, alpacas, trees, and trails leading to the riverbank. We want to ensure your safety and comfort, so please be mindful when moving around the loft area. Although there is no railing, we encourage you to enjoy the unique design while being cautious and aware of your surroundings. The loft in our tiny house is accessed via stairs. For your entertainment, we provide a Smart TV with access to various streaming services, though cable is not available. As you explore our farm, you'll notice that it's not just our tiny house but also a regular-sized farm house, and five adorable alpacas that call this place home. These delightful alpaca residents make typical farm animal noises, adding to the authentic farm experience. Located in an agricultural area near the town center, be aware that traffic around Sumner tends to peak around 5pm, especially if you arrive during the afternoon. Additionally, please expect some road noise as our property fronts a county road, most noticeable during peak travel times, but occasionally at other times. Adjacent to our property, you may find events taking place at the nearby park and flower farm, adding a touch of local activity and charm. It's worth noting that about a mile away, the Sumner Sportsman Association operates a range in the evenings. Lastly, on the first Monday of every month at noon, there is a one-minute test of the Lahar Warning System. This routine test ensures the safety and preparedness of the community. We take pride in its distinctive features, including the narrow stairs leading to the loft and the compact yet functional bathroom. While these aspects add to its charm, we understand that individuals with mobility issues may find them less suitable. However, for most guests, our tiny house offers a comfortable and enjoyable experience. We invite you to embrace the cozy layout and relish in the special character of this delightful retreat. We want to ensure you have all the information you need to make the most of your stay. Our tiny house on the farm offers a truly unique and enjoyable experience.
