The space Small townhouse renovated in 2015 with fenced outdoor courtyard, located in a small rural village, ideal for a stay close to nature. The property can accommodate 4 people. Upstairs you will find the living rooms, namely: - one bedroom with double bed, dresser and wardrobe - a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room (including: dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator) as well as a pellet stove. - the living room has 2 sofas including a convertible that can be used as a 2nd bed, TV, round table for 4 people - a bathroom with a walk-in shower, towel rail, sink and toilet The ground floor consists of an entrance and a hallway providing access to the upper floor and a winter garden. The accommodation is located in the village of Montbel, in the heart of the Margeride and on the edge of the Cévennes, a UNESCO World Heritage site. There are many hiking trails from the village. 10 km away, you will find all amenities in the village of Chateauneuf de Randon (supermarket, bakery, butcher shop, restaurants, pharmacy, SPA, car garages, gas station).
