We rent our house located in a residential area of St Jorioz. Ideally located between the bike path and the lake, (about 500 m from the shores/800 m from the beach) and close to the shops of the village center (about 1 km) you can do everything on foot or by bike, and even take the bus to visit Annecy (stop 500 m away) and thus reserve the use of your vehicle for the most distant visits. The space PLEASE NOTE, by renting our house, you will be under the supervision of… our cat Lichee, who will not fail to ask you for food and drink! The only constraint of this cohabitation (with the sharing of the sofa…) because we have installed a cat flap for her autonomy. The ground floor of the house includes a living room, open kitchen, pantry, shower room and separate toilet. Two bay windows open onto the covered terrace to the south and then onto the garden, a third, fixed, opens onto a small terrace to the east, accessible from the kitchen.
