As the top floor of our family home, we have given love and care to every detail of the space. The space This is a fully self-contained studio apartment with a private front-door entry and free off-street car parking for one vehicle. The space is comprised of a large carpeted main living area with a queen sized bed, a four-seat dining table, a lounge area and brand new Samsung smart TV. A separate kitchen and separate bathroom are attached to the living space. Guest access Guests access is via the front door, alongisde the carport. Please note that this is an upstairs apartment, with limited outdoor space available to guests. Guests are welcome to use the front yard and car port, however the rear of the property is off limits. Other things to note The property is located just below the Gordons Hill Nature Recreation Area, with easy access to walking trails where you can meet furry friends like wallabies, pademelons and bandicoots - who also regularly stop by the frontyard at night! Please note that the property is adjacent to a primary school, so you might hear the sounds of children playing on weekdays at around 8.30am.
