This 100 sq mts apartment is designed with high-end finishes and decoration. This is a spacious unit with high-ceilings and industrial touches. It features a fully equipped kitchen and both bathrooms have perfectly pressurized hot showers. The two bedrooms include 60" TVs with signed-on Netflix with 125-meg Wi-Fi. The apartment is located inside the Casas Sanblu complex, which has 6 total units that share a private gated parking that fits 8 cars. We provide invoice for corporate customers! The space When you walk in you will find the ample living room with comfortable seating, a coffee table and some reading options for those who like books. In the kitchen we feature a fully equipped kitchen bar stocked with coffee, water, peanut butter, jelly, cookies and cereal. The kitchen has a fridge, microwave oven, gas stove, Alexa, Keurig coffee maker, knives and a nice sink. We have all the needed utensils to cook and serve dinner. In the middle of the apartment you'll find the Queen Bedroom, which is next to its full bathroom that has a great temperature and water pressure shower. This bedroom has a designated working station with high-speed Wi-Fi that is also used as a Vanity Desk. The Queen Mattress is memory foam and our sheets and covers are of the highest quality. The King Bedroom is located at the back of the apartment, which has a bigger bathroom with rain waterfall shower and has plenty of space. The King Mattress is memory foam as well. Both bedrooms have 60" flat TVs that have Netflix and Disney+ signed on. Wi-Fi runs great in every corner of the apartment with a speed of 125 Megs. There is a balcony at the back that provides views into the city's horizon and where it is allowed to smoke. Keep in mind that you need to walk up a stair of about 15 steps to access the apartment. Guest access Our guests have access to the entire apartment, including the living room, fully equipped kitchen and dinning area, bedrooms, bathrooms, work desk and balcony. None of these areas are shared with other guests. This apartment is completely private, exclusive and comfortable and NOT shared. Other things to note We have the ability to provide invoice for your stay! This is a new Unit built in 2022 and finished in May of 2023. Everything that you'll find on it is brand new and with the latest renovations. The Casas Sanblu complex has 6 units that fit 4 people each, so we have a total capacity to host big groups as big as 24 people. We are prepared to host big and small groups!
