You can access anywhere in Tokyo. -There are convenience stores, cafes, restaurants, and drug stores nearby the station and room, which is very convenient. -There is a double bed and a single futon which can accommodate up to 3 people. -The kitchen has a range of basic cooking utensils, refrigerator, electric kettle, dryer, air conditioners, WIFI, microwave, cookware (pots, pans, dishes), to enjoy cooking yourself as well as eating out with family and friends. -We have prepared body soap, shampoo, hair dryer, towel & bath towels etc in the bathroom. Please enjoy. (Extra towels are available at an extra charge) -There are no washing machines or washlets in the rooms. -Once your reservation is confirmed, we will send you a house guide. Usually, the room beddings and towels will be prepared according to the number of guests registered in the reservation. -Check out time is strict. 2000yen per hour will be charged if you are late for check out -Smoking is prohibited throughout the building, including on the balcony and under the ventilation fan. -There are two balconies, but please keep away from them as it is dangerous for small children. -There is no washing machine, so please use the nearby coin laundry.

 -Please separate other waste (plastic, leftover food, carton etc.) from Pet bottle, Bin, Can rubbish.Oversized garbage cannot be thrown away. -If you make a long-term reservation (1 month or more) since we do not charge a security deposit, so guest who makes a long-term reservation will need to sign the "fixed-term building lease contract" and "equipment confirmation" (repair responsibility).
