Guest access Guest that will check in needs to send their Philippine id copies (passport for foreigners) and car details two days in advance for smooth check in *for free car park access please pass a copy of ORCR and car details * max of 6 pax Infant and children are included in the head count according to the Shore Residence policy Pool Access You can pay via gcash or exact cash amout to purchase pool vouchers We will leave 12pcs of ₱150 regular voucher and 6 pcs ₱300 Holiday Voucher in the unit. Please pay before your check out. Pool is Open 6am-10pm Parties and loud noises is not allowed in the unit Balloons need to be disposed properly before leaving the unit a fine of ₱300 will be charged for extra cleaning. Other things to note -Guests should send their check in requirements atleast two days before check in- ( PH IDS or PASSPORT COPY FOR FOREIGNERS /ORCR of the car) Not able to pass the requirements means you can not enter the establishment. Which will be a responsibility for you to cancel. Please make sure to you can comply with the requirements before confirming the booking. - opening the main door of the unit for too long is not allowed - be mindfull that condominiums have their own policies which we need to follow, especially at the pool side - please avoid eating and drinking and smoking in the amenity area -smoking is not allowed inside the unit - loud noises and bringing pets is not allowed- - bringing big stuff such as TV, chair, printer needs to have gate pass signed by the owner. ( we advice to ask the security for permission first before bringing big stuff in the unit) -The cooking of strong smelling food, like fish one curry, is not allowed. Additional Cleaning for Long term stay Your stay is charged one time for cleaning fee.
