Guest access Once you self-checked in (from 2 PM or even sooner if the place is ready or even very late at night), you are free to use all facilities inside. Detailed instructions will be sent to you once you have reserved the place. As a food lover, I will share with you my list of food and coffee shops that I love (some are not familiar to tourists). Other things to note - According to VN law, guests must provide photos of their passport/ID card to us to register with the authority. Otherwise, we have to reject your booking. - Key card: You will be provided 01 key card, which stays in the lock box in front of the apartment's door. - Electricity: Auto-turn on by inserting the key card. - The slippers: 04 pairs are provided in the room and 01 for the bathroom. - Smoking: Only allowed outside the apartment or on the balcony. - Pet: Not allowed. - The stair: Phung Hung House stays on the 4th floor with a very wide and low-step stairs. The old building has no elevator. If you need help carrying luggage, please let me know in advance. - Parking: There is a motorbike parking area across the street (20 meters away). - Drugs, laughing ballon, prostitutes, weapons, marijuana, and unregistered strangers are strictly forbidden.
