We are 7 minutes from Six Flags Darien Lake, 25 min from Batavia Downs horse track & casino, 30 min from Buffalo airport and 1 hour from Niagara Falls. The space is perfect for couples, groups of friends or families wanting to explore Western New York. Guest will have access to four bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living room, dining room, kitchen, front yard/porch, 2 car driveway (possibly 3) Basement and owners side will be locked off. The town of Darien has a very strict policy of only 8 people for short term rentals- this includes infants. Please do not bring more than 8 people. There is a very steep fee if any extra guests are in the house. We do allow pets! The backyard is fenced in and your puppy is welcome to explore the backyard on a leash
