Enjoy a safe, comfortable & extremely clean stay in a private room with ensuite private bathroom.Our 3BHK apartment is located in one of the most premium, centrally located & residential areas of Mumbai. At 5 mins walking distance you can visit Phoenix Mall, Palladium & Kamala Mills & many famous restaurants. For business travellers, most of famous commercial complexes are at walking distance Society Amenities including pool, Jacuzzi etc are not available on 1st, 3rd & 5th Mondays in a month. The space - We don't allow non-vegetarian food - We have 3 rooms in our apartment. - You will get private access to 1 cozy room with attached bathroom. Big cupboard with hangars, work desk, TV with Netflix/Hotstar/Amazon Prime/SonyLIV/Zee5, hot kettle with tea/coffee. The shower pressure is very good with geyser for hot water. You can lock the room from within for safety & privacy - Me and my family stay in the other 2 rooms. My wife (51 years old) and me (55 years old) stay in 1 room and my son (24 years old) stays in the 2nd room. We are a loving family of 3. My son has a hectic office job hence he mostly stays out of the house all day. These two rooms are our private spaces & not available for guest usage. - You can freely use the common home areas such as dining table, living room & kitchen (vegetarian only) - You can enjoy the premium building complex amenities such as big swimming pool, steam bath, jacuzzi, hamam (hot bath), squash court, pool table, tennis court, football court, basket ball court, table tennis, children play area, cricket ground, carrom board, reading library, etc by paying Rs 250 for one entire day usage - There is a very good restaurant & cafeteria and an open juice bar within the building complex which you can visit for your meals - There is a departmental store within the building complex to buy daily items Guest access Free Inclusions in your stay: 1) Daily room & bathroom cleaning 2) Delicious vegetarian breakfast in the morning - 1 hot dish like upma, poha, sweet corn / beans, moong ( green beans lentils )-khakhra, vegetable porridge ( daliya ), fresh fruits, khakhra-papad churi, bread / toast butter jam, muesli with milk, milk & cornflakes, masala chai/coffee, black / green tea. 3) Free Laundry service. Iron kept in wardrobe. 4) One mineral water bottle per guest and thereafter refill of Aquaguard purified clean drinking water 5) Parking space for your vehicle at P-2 6) Mini-Fridge access with complimentary cold drinks, chocolates. During your stay We are available 24x7 to help guests with any assistance during their stay to make their trip memorable and smooth. We have a permanent caretaker within the house who takes care of all the cooking, cleaning & household tasks. We love meeting new people and interacting with guests to make them comfortable in our lovely home. We are available on chats & calls anytime. Other things to note 1. Smoking is not allowed in the room ( you can use bathroom though ) 2. This is a vegetarian household. No non-veg food allowed in the house No loud noise and maintain quiet hours from 11pm till 7am 3. Parties and hosting friends is strictly not allowed. Only guests booked via AirBnB will be allowed house access 4. Shoes/Footwear to be removed at the home entrance & be kept in shoe box. Use home slippers within the house or barefoot to help keep the house clean
