Pool use for a maximum of 2 persons (daily) is free of charge. You’ll be needing POOL CONFIRMATION CODE to be presented at the pool staff before using the amenity. Kindly inform us 1 day prior so we can prepare this for you. 🛝Playground, Basketball Court, Walking/Jogging Areas are within the building premises. 🅿️ PARKING SPACE DETAILS ~ A paid open parking (off-premises) is available for ₱35 for the first 5 hours and ₱10 per extra hour for cars, ₱35 flat fee for motorcycles for 24 hours—located beside JP Morgan Chase & Co. and another one fronting Avida Towers Riala. 💡 IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS 💡 🪪 Identification card/Passport, Covid-19 Vaccination Card/RT-PCR test results may be required to be presented at the lobby. 🫧 We ask that you maintain a CLEAN & TIDY space during your whole stay, as we do not provide a daily cleaning service.
