The apartment is very well stocked and in good condition, since it is where I usually live. It has good natural light and good ventilation. The neighbors in the building are very quiet and friendly There is a well-stocked shopping mall two blocks away, and about 15 blocks away you are in a good epicenter of bars and gastronomy in general I am currently away for the season, but there are people I trust who can help with whatever you need The space The apartment has 2 rooms, a terrace and its own balcony. Ideal for a couple or one person. The space is very nice and comfortable, with good heating and hot/cold air conditioning. The bathroom is newly made with good water pressure and good ventilation The terrace has a laundry room and direct sun The kitchen is very comfortable and well equipped for those who like to cook. The bedroom has a large dressing room, gas stove and good natural light I don't have a TV, but I do have a good projector. Guest access To all Other things to note Since this apartment is my home, it's not like I have it to rent it out as a business. It has some things that are according to my personal tastes and uses. E.g.: The apartment does not have a table and chairs like in any kitchen for eating. Instead, I use a bar with stools that can be seen in the photos. Or, like in the armchair or at the desk where I usually work. The mattress is hard, because I like them that way. They are ideal for the spine and are in perfect condition.
