2 rooms with a private terrace

The apartment is well-stocked and in good condition, as it is where I usually live. It has good natural light and good ventilation. The building neighbors in the building are very calm and friendly 2 blocks away there is a shopping mall, well-stocked and about 15 are already in a good epicenter of bars and gastronomy in general I'm currently doing season outside, but there are people left to trust to figure out what's needed The space The apartment has 2 rooms, its own terrace and balcony. Ideal for a couple or one person. The space is very nice and comfortable, with good heating and hot/cold air conditioning. The bathroom is recently made with good water pressure and good ventilation The terrace has a laundry room and direct sun The kitchen is very comfortable and well equipped for those who like to cook. Bedroom has a great walk-in closet, gas stove, and good natural light I don't have a TV, but I do have a good projector. Guest access All Other things to note Since this apartment is my home, I don't have it to rent it as a business. It has a few things that are a few things that are in line with my personal tastes and uses. Ex: The apartment does not have table and chairs as in any kitchen to eat. If not, I use a bar with sidewalks that can be seen in the photos. Or, like on the couch or on the desk where I usually work. The mattress is hard, because I like them that way. They are ideal for the column and in perfect condition.
