Private Guest Suite in our walk out basement (we live upstairs with 2 dogs and control temperature of the suite). Private driveway and park down by the suite. Private entrance with a password protected lock box. This addition was completed in June 2020. Full size bathroom with custom shower tub. Kitchen is complete with fridge, convection microwave, 2 burner stovetop and coffee maker. Queen size bed with a closet to store your items. Two seater couch. The space Private gravel driveway to the suite. We suggest if your car is not good with hills, gravel and etc to park up by the street. TV has a firestick to watch any streaming app you have. Watch from the two seater couch or bed. Two person bar area to eat breakfast or get some work done. Small outside sitting area in a wooded private location with two chairs to enjoy your morning coffee or dinner. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook. Microwave convection oven, 2 burner induction cook top, set of pots and pans and various cooking utensils. Towels, bed sheets, blankets, pillows, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and bars of soap are provided. Please bring anything else you may need. No hair dryer provided. The suite is in our walk out basement, so there will be some overhead noise from us and our two dogs living upstairs. We control the temperature of the suite from upstairs (no temperature control in the suite). We monitor the temperature remotely and appreciate you letting us know if you need the suite to be warmer or cooler. Have a hose outside the suite if needed to clean off kayaks, mountain bikes and etc. We will be onsite and able to help with any questions or concerns. We live in a family friendly neighborhood and ask guests to drive under the speed limit and respect our neighbors. During the day you may hear dogs barking, construction and other common noises. No pets allowed. Quiet hours 9pm to 7am.
