This beautifully designed 3-bedroom home is cozy yet open, light, and airy with a split-bedroom layout that offers both privacy and inviting spaces to gather. Minutes from shopping, restaurants, golf, recreation centers, pools, and town squares, it's the perfect place to relax, explore, and enjoy the Villages lifestyle. The space The home is a 3/2 Wisteria Designer in the Village of Tall Trees and sits on a quiet cul-de-sac in a prime location near lots of shopping and between two town squares and not too far from a third town square. The home offers a nice open floor plan with high ceilings and solar tubes for natural light. It is light and airy yet private and cozy. A glass addition has been added to the back to create a warm and inviting sun-room with plenty of seating and a great place to have a meal or play a couple of table top games which you will find in the cabinet. The Master bedroom has a Personal Comfort Adjustable Smart Bed with 3 remote controls, a large walk-in closet, a private master bathroom with double granite sinks and a walk-in shower. The guest suite has a pocket door between the two guest bedrooms and guest bathroom. The back guest bedroom has a private office, so you can still get a little work done in between all the fun. There is water filtration system and a 4 zone air and heat system allowing you and your guest optimal comfort ability. You will find a small outdoor pergola area for you to sit read and enjoy your morning coffee. How can it get any better than that? Oh wait… its smack dab in the middle of The Villages and you are going to L.O.V.E. Living On Vacation Everyday! Guest access As our registered guest, you'll enjoy exclusive access to the entire home during your scheduled stay. For everyone's safety and security, the property is equipped with exterior security cameras facing the front entrance, each side entrance, the garage, and the front door. There are absolutely no cameras or recording devices inside the home. For insurance and security purposes, only registered guests may stay overnight unless approved in advance by the Property Owner. Other things to note After your reservation is confirmed, we'll provide everything needed for your stay, including Guest Pass information, the Golf Cart Waiver, and, if applicable, our Pet Addendum. Guest Passes provide access to many of The Villages' amenities, including neighborhood pools, recreation centers, classes, and many resident activities. To help maintain the cleanliness and quality of our home, all reservations of 15 nights or longer require one professional mid-stay housekeeping service. The fee is $200 and will be scheduled at a mutually convenient time during your stay. Our home is primarily pet-free due to allergy considerations. We may approve one house-trained dog weighing 25 pounds or less on a case-by-case basis. Approved pets require a signed Pet Addendum and a $300 non-refundable pet fee. To help us maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming home for every guest: Smoking, vaping, and illegal drug use are not permitted anywhere on the property. Parties and events are not permitted. If you'd like to host a small family gathering, please contact us in advance for approval. Only registered guests may stay overnight unless approved in advance. Golf cart drivers must be 21 years of age or older and complete the required Golf Cart Waiver before operating the cart. Please treat our home, furnishings, and golf cart with the same care and respect you would your own.
