Lake Horace Lake Front Cabin

Cabin 10 is a lake front family friendly, light filled cabin. You have your own dock, kayaks and paddle boards and an expansive deck overlooking the lake with a large picnic table and gas grill. You are a five minute walk away from a sandy beach and have use of an indoor pool, pickle ball court, indoor table tennis and pool table. There are three bedrooms (queen, full, two twins), a loft (two twin mattresses) and a basement with a sleeper couch and large TV. The minimum stay is five night. The space The cabin is lake front and has a main floor with kitchen, dining area, living room, three bedrooms, and two full bathrooms on main floor. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom. A third bathroom in the basement includes a clothes washer and dryer. There is an open loft overlooks the living room and is accessible by a ladder and is a favorite place to read, play cards, and sleep for my 4, 7, and 10 year old nieces and nephew. There is a basement with a large screen TV and two couches, one a sofa bed. There is a second TV in the living room. The living room has cathedral ceiling with wonderful light and a sliding door that opens on to the deck. The cabin faces south so you have wonderful light all day long, catching the sunset to the west. Guest access You will have full and total access to the entire cabin. The cabin is part of a condominium association with a beach, pickle ball courts, and a clubhouse with an indoor pool and game room that you have access to. Other things to note As mentioned elsewhere, the cabin is part of a condominium association, Lake Shore Village Resort (LSVR). The resort manager and property managers are present during the day and manage the shared areas ( indoor pool, club house, beach, pickle ball courts). Cabin 10 guests have access to these shared area but not visiting friends and family so not to crowd out the other guests staying at LSVR. House rules: - no hosting of large parties at the cabin. - no fireworks - no smoking - no firearms All quests are expected to follow condo policy and rules which are basically common sense re noise at night, treating others and property with respect, and abiding by pool hours (pool closed at night). There is a parking space for two vehicles.
