Large waterside home 15 mins from central London

An idilic spot right on the canal in Little Venice close to everything you need. The house is spread over 3 floors with the entrance floor as the kitchen and living-room area. The first floor is a large living-room with office space and a balcony. Ideal sun spot! Second floor is a bedroom and an office (amazing new sofa bed we will prepare) with a bathroom with 2 showers! Third floor is the master bedroom king size bed with en-suite bathroom and balcony looking over the garden The space Our beautiful home is made up of 3 double bedrooms. One of which is a sofa bed room overlooking the canal in Little Venice. Ideal for a family of 6. We bought the house in august last year and spent 4 months renovating so it’s practically brand new. The kitchen went in in March and is stunning and fully equip with everything you need for meals and cooking. We love to cook! The sofa bed room can be an office or a really comfy double bed so just let us know. The master bedroom which is at the top of the house has AC as gets quite warm in the summer. The garden is not real grass but full of lovely flowers and lots of space, we love entertaining outside. It is a south west facing garden so you get sun all day. We have a gas bbq you are free to use. We have two tiny dogs who of course won’t be there but just bear that in mind if you have allergies. Guest access Everywhere!
