Your family will be close to everything, in the heart of downtown Birmingham - including all of the great stores, restaurants, community events & parks it has to offer. Our home has plenty of room to enjoy time relaxing, playing games & watching movies. The space You will have a tough time deciding whether to spend most of your time on the main level in the bright & spacious kitchen & living room area... or the lower level where you can watch movies, play pool, or compete in a game of darts! It stays nice & cool on hot summer days & has a wet bar setup & ready for you to whip up a cocktail! Primary bedroom is peaceful & relaxing with a tv & Roku setup for easy streaming, a walk-in closet & spacious bathroom, too. Guest room 1 comes with a king size bed & the ideal atmosphere for your best nights sleep! We call guest room 2 the sunshine room, because it is light & bright with a cozy queen bed! We provide bedding for the lower level couch so that guests have the option to stay down there too! Primary bedroom, main living room, and lower level/theater room are equipped with Roku’s for the east streaming. This is a non-smoking home. Guests found smoking indoors will be fined a $500 deep cleaning fee. Guest access You will have access to the entire house, back yard area, & the garage if you need it! Just contact us for the code & we are happy to give you access so you have a place for your car.
