From here, the home is divided between the main house and a private en-suite apartment. The attached apartment offers additional privacy and flexibility for multiple families or groups. The first floor includes a half bath and direct access to the garage. Upstairs, you’ll find a cozy living area with a seating space, puzzle table, and bunk bed, along with a bedroom featuring a king bed and a full bathroom. In the main house, vaulted ceilings and large windows create a bright and welcoming living space that flows into the fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The dining room features a large Pottery Barn table with seating for 12+ overlooking beautiful Sterling Forest — the perfect setting for shared meals and gatherings. Step outside onto either of the two decks off the dining room. To the left, relax in the hot tub surrounded by the woods, while the right-side deck features Adirondack chairs perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets. The main floor also includes two bedrooms and a full bathroom. Upstairs, kids will love their own dedicated loft-style space with two twin beds, toys, and room to play. Downstairs, guests will find three additional bedrooms, another full bathroom, and the main laundry room. A second living room with an electric fireplace and foosball table creates the perfect hangout space for movie nights, games, and relaxing after a day outdoors. The outdoor fire pit is easily accessible from the lower level or via the outdoor staircase off the dining room deck. For added comfort, the dining room and all bathrooms feature heated floors to keep your feet warm during colder months.
