The holiday home “Dorfperle” was newly built in 2023 and stylishly furnished especially for you as holiday guests. This great accommodation offers plenty of space and privacy for the whole family. There are two separate apartments, each almost 100m². Each apartment has a large bedroom and 2 guest or children's rooms, a large bathroom with a walk-in shower and washer-dryer, living room with a large couch and of course a fully equipped kitchen and large dining table. The space The holiday home "Dorfperle" consists of two self-contained apartments, one on the ground floor and one on the upper floor. The apartments each have a bedroom with a double bed and two children's or guest rooms with a single bed. The bathrooms are equipped with walk-in showers. The washer-dryers are also located there The kitchens are modernly equipped, with a hob, oven at working height, dishwasher, microwave, freezer and refrigerator. The spacious, open-plan living dining area is equipped with a large dining table for up to 6 people, a large, comfortable couch, coffee table and a 55" smart TV. All common TV channels can be received via the WaipuTV app, which is available free of charge. Other streaming services can be used with your own account. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house and there are Cat 6 sockets (Lan connections) in all living and bedrooms. Guest access When you book the entire “Dorfperle” holiday home, both apartments and the outdoor area are available to you. Only the house connection room, which is located on the ground floor, outside the actual apartment, is not accessible to guests.
