Basement master suite available in 4 bedroom 5 bath home just 5 minutes from downtown and the Connie Mack World Series. Queen size bed with dedicated full bathroom. This is a family home and does have cats and dogs so if you have allergies, we apologize, but this will not be the rental for you. We also have 2 young children that will be in the home as well and could, despite our best efforts, be a disturbance. We will do our best to make your stay as private and comfortable as possible. A basement retreat in central Farmington. Only a 5 minute drive to downtown. Full basement master suite with attached full Bath, kitchenette/wet bar area, and Home Theater room with 75in TV/Surround Sound, Gaming consoles. The space is open and bright with 2 desk/work areas. The theater and kitchenette is shared. Guests will have full access to the complete basement. The entrance to the basement is from the main floor. The main floor and upper floor is where our family lives. We do have pets including cats and dogs. We will be available via call and text and if the guest would like to socialize we are available as well. The home is centrally located in Farmington, just a few minutes drive from just about anywhere in Farmington. Also a 1hr drive from Durango, Co. A vehicle is recommended however a bike could also get you to most places in town. Taxi/Uber access is fairly limited in Farmington. We do have cats which are both indoor and outdoor. We do everything we can to keep the cats out of the basement. Access to the backyard is available but the dogs may be in the yard.
