The three upstairs bedrooms include a master suite with a king size bed with an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has another king and bedroom 3 a queen. A full bathroom is adjacent in the hallway. The downstairs bedroom includes a full sized bunk-bed. *For safety reasons, please note the manufacturer encourages no more than one person on the top bunk and a weight limit of 175 pounds* Finally, there is a twin size pull-out sofa in the living room. Outdoors is a true paradise. The private backyard features a sparkling pool, a spacious patio area with comfortable seating, a TV, and BBQ grill, perfect for enjoying the Arizona sunshine. During the cooler months the pool can be heated to a comfortable 82-84 degrees for a fee- $50/night from October through December and $75/night January through April. Please note that we use a pool vacuum to clean, heat, and circulate the water in the pool (not in pictures). This should not be removed from the pool.
