The original wood-paneled music studio, where Johnny penned many of his songs, now serves as a unique office and creative retreat. Outside, guests can enjoy sweeping 360-degree mountain and valley views, a pool and spa, western-style poolside bar, and a spectacular outdoor dining table that seats up to 25 guests. The property's beloved historic BBQ area overlooks the valley and was a favorite gathering place where Johnny grilled for family and friends. The ranch is also home to friendly farm animals, including ostriches, goats, sheep, and pigs, creating a one-of-a-kind experience that blends music history, ranch life, and the natural beauty of Ojai.
