B&B Roes, peace in the countryside.

B&B Roes is newly built in 2021, detached with private entrance, terrace at the front and rear overlooking a nature reserve. Fully equipped: private bathroom and breakfast room with fridge, coffee/tea facility and microwave. I serve a full breakfast for €12.50 per person. Please book in advance. Do you like peace and luxury in a beautiful green area? Then staying overnight in our B&B is a wonderful option.  Pip between the pillows on the wide windowsill, have a drink and enjoy! The space The B&B cottage has a separate private dining area (where breakfast is served (€12.50- p.p.) and a private bedroom/living room with adjoining bathroom (toilet, shower, sink). The seating area has 2 luxury armchairs and a wide lounge window sill, overlooking the nature reserve behind. The king-size bed (1.8 m wide) has 2 separate duvets Guest access The entire detached B&B is available with its own entrance and private terrace at the front and rear. Other things to note If you come by car, there is parking on private property. Any bicycles can be parked under cover in front of the B&B, where there is also a charging point for bicycles.
