The house is located in a quiet and serene environment 200 m² of living space spread over 2 levels The space 200 m² of living space spread over 2 levels The ground floor consists of the following: - A large fully equipped kitchen with gas and induction stove, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, combined fridge freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee maker + filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle… All the dishes to cook as if you were at home! There are also the basic condiments for cooking (oil, salt, spices...) You will discover a beautiful masonry heater - A living room with a dining area with a desk area and pellet stove - A bedroom with large wardrobe (bedding 180 x 200) - Toilet, sink and washing machine - A large bathroom with shower and bathtub Upstairs: - a living area, living room with a sofa bed and a sofa - 1 bedroom (bedding 160 x 200) - 1 master suite (bedding 160x200) The living room is in the center of the 2 bedrooms, the upstairs bathroom is accessible via the master suite. Air conditioning upstairs (in the attic) provides additional comfort. Guest access You access the front door through the garden and then through the terrace. The house is located at the start of paths leading to the forest or walking trails. Improvement work is planned, including a parking area for vehicles. I'm gradually improving the comfort of my guests. Other things to note Bed linen are included for all 3 beds Towels and towels are not included but offered extra at the price of €3/guest. The housekeeper comes to maintain the house every Friday from 2pm to 4pm No smoking inside. Prohibition on renting the property to organize a party. Pets are allowed under conditions to contact me before any reservation Stairs: Children will need to stay under the supervision of parents No moving furniture and camping in the garden You will also find dishwasher tablets, sponge, toilet paper, a few Dolce Gusto pods, and condiments for cooking (oil, salt, pepper, spices ...) Parking in the courtyard closed by the gate The end of stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation and beds for future guests. Please leave the house in a decent state of cleanliness and clean the appliances after use. I ask you to at least vacuum and clean the toilets and showers. Prohibition to use bleach Maximum 6 adults. Possibility to stay only one night in certain periods, at an additional charge of 50% on the price of the night. Check-in times will be based on my availability.
