Guest room in the countryside, B&B

The three guest rooms are located on the upper floor of my modern wooden frame house with low energy construction. The house is located in the city center, a 10-minute walk from the market square, at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet green belt. Even shorter is the distance to the supermarket, a restaurant, the outdoor pool and indoor pool. With your booking, you will be on this upper floor without further guests. The rooms are ideal for guests who are mostly out and about during the day. The space An (organic) breakfast can be served on request at the price of 5 euros/person in my dining room on the ground floor. Dishes are available for additional food and drinks in the guest rooms. It cannot and may not be cooked in the rooms. There is no kitchen available, but there is a small fridge in the hallway. It is possible to use my washing machine. Linens and towels are included. Two car parking spaces are right in front of the house. Bicycles can be safely parked in the basement. The beach volleyball court can be used for sports or playing. He lives on the first floor and enjoys communicating with his guests when the opportunity arises. He is interested in sustainable living. He loves culture, sports and social issues. Other things to note Büren is only a 10-minute drive from Highway 44 at the gateway to the Sauerland. In the valleys of the rivers Alme and Afte, hikers and cyclists have numerous ways to experience nature. The city is also the starting point or stopover for the Sintfeld-Höhenweg (circular hiking trail over five days) and supra-regional cycling routes. The Baroque Maria Immaculata Church at the historic Jesuit College, the Mittelmühle/Bohrmühle ensemble and the school museum are cultural attractions.
