The Cocoonr agency offers to you to the rent, in Beaumont-en-Véron, this charming house with swimming pool, of a surface of 150 m ² and being able to accomodate until 8 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 60 m², an equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, a shower room and a garden of about 1 200 m². We are waiting for you ! The space The accommodation is composed as follows: On the first floor: - A living room of 60 m² with TV, Wifi (optical fiber), sofas and dining area. - A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Tassimo coffee machine... - A bathroom with shower. - Separate toilet. Upstairs (3 bedrooms accessible by the staircase from the living room and 1 from the kitchen): - Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200). - Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200). - Room 3: a queen-size bed (160×200). - Room 4: a double bed (140×190). At your disposal if needed: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron. Outside : - A swimming pool (private, not heated), open from April to the end of October (opening dates not contractual), fully fenced, measuring 9.5×4m and going from 0.70 to 2m10 deep. - A beautiful fenced garden of about 1 200 m², facing south. - A terrace of about 80 m² facing South with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days. The house is ideally located in Beaumont-en-Véron, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. You will be close to all essential shops but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Activities : - Tourist sites : Chinon (cultural, historical and gastronomic visit), Saumur (the pearl of Anjou), Richelieu (city of one of the most influential ministers under the royalty)... - Sporting activities : walking and cycling... - Cultural visits : the castle of Ussé (on the fairy tale traces of the Sleeping Beauty), the abbey of Fontevraud (the largest monastic city in Europe), the castle of Azay-le-Rideau, the gardens of the castle of Villandry... - Gastronomic heritage: the melon of Haut Poitou, the sainte-maure-de-touraine, the wines of Anjou and Saumur... - Events : Blues festival, medieval market in August, wine rally at the end of June. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean appliances after use. - A second house is located in the immediate vicinity of the property, with no dividing boundary. - Free Wifi available (fiber optics). - Pets are not accepted. - The accommodation has different levels, with a few steps separating them. - All children's swimming is under the responsibility of a parent, opening dates non-contractual. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.
