Lavender House

Set in the picturesque village of Limekilns is a cozy, seaside escape. A private flat in the basement of a B-listed Georgian family home with full access to the south facing garden and a BBQ. We are pet and baby friendly. The flat has a smart TV (with Netflix) and Wi-Fi. Local amenities include three pubs, two cafes, a village shop, tennis club, the Fife coastal path along with other beautiful walks and of course - we are only two minutes from the beach. The space The property consists of a double bedroom with a king size bed and an Emma mattress. The bathroom has an electric shower, a toilet and a sink with a couple of small shelves for storing toiletries. The living room has a sofa bed, a large sofa table, shelving space, board games, books, a microwave, toaster, plates/glasses/cutlery etc, kettle, air-fryer, a small dishwasher, a fold-out dining table and complimentary tea and coffee. Please note that this is not a full kitchen with a cooker. There is a SmartTV with Netflix and complimentary Wi-Fi. Guest access Guests have a private entrance to the basement flat. The main house is not accessible. Guests can make use of the fully enclosed rose and lavender garden with sun loungers and BBQ.
