The space The top floor of the townhouse has 2 bedrooms, both with ceiling fans; one with 1 double bed and air conditioning and the other with 1 bunk bed, a trundle bed, 2 extra foam mattresses (single) and a built-in closet, where guests can store their belongings and 1 full bathroom, with a stall and shower. Downstairs, there is a living room with cable TV, a dining room with a table and chairs, an American kitchen equipped with all the basic items necessary for your stay; outside, there is a private barbecue area with the necessary items for guests to enjoy moments of relaxation and leisure. Guest access In the common areas of the Condominium, guests can count on 2 swimming pools (adult and children's), a pool table, a ping pong table, a sports court and a beautiful garden, with tables and chairs and a Playground. All these spaces are shared with other guests of the condominium, so they MUST FOLLOW THE RESPECTIVE INTERNAL RULES and schedules, pre-established by the condominium. If you need to accommodate one more guest, this can be arranged in advance with the owner. Other things to note SHARED POOLS - May be used by guests upon presentation of a Medical Examination, valid for 06 (six) months. This examination may be a Medical Certificate and/or Gym or Pool Card (club); GUESTS - Guests may not, under any circumstances, bring visitors to the condominium's common areas during their stay. PARTIES AND EVENTS - Parties or events are expressly forbidden. Avoid loud sounds on the condominium premises, as we value a quiet and family atmosphere. NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED IN THE COMMON AREAS OF THE CONDOMINIUM. THE COMMON AREAS OF THE CONDOMINIUM ARE MONITORED BY SECURITY CAMERAS.
