This French-inspired chateau has been renovated into 3 apartments - this one being Apartment 2 on the ground floor. Two bedrooms, each with ensuite, this is the perfect base to discover Sumner and Christchurch. Right near the centre of the small idyllic seaside suburb, with the beach just across the road. The apartment has a small, well-equipped kitchenette, lounge with tv, and dining table. Everything you need for your seaside stay. Start living like a local. The space All bedrooms have quality linen supplied for a restful sleep. The shutters on the bedroom doors and windows are able to be closed for added darkness and sound-proofing. All towels, facecloths, hand towels, bath mats, and tea towels are provided. Guest access Guests have access to the apartment they have booked. We also have two bikes available to hire for free although bookings are required. Please contact us to book the bikes. There are rubbish bins and a washing line out the back of the apartments as required. Carparking for Apt 2 is on the road in front of the apartment.
