Please DO NOT spill Food/Drink on the rug. Please handle all furniture and appliances with care. Report damages immediately. DO NOT Rearrange the furniture. DO NOT Leave windows and doors open. Handle Patio door with care. Guests will be responsible for all damages. NO More than 3 guests allowed. ONLY Registered and approved guests may be in the apartment/property.
