On the first floor, there is an open living area with kitchenette, dining table and fireplace, as well as a spacious separate bedroom with walk-in closet. From the living area, an open staircase leads under the roof with a cozy living and sleeping area - especially for children, because the standing height is limited. But it is also ideal for reading, dozing or meditating with lake views. In addition, the vacation home has a spacious sun terrace with sun loungers and a covered dining area, located directly on the stream - just for you. There is a parking space that belongs to the house and a shed for bicycles, stroller, diving equipment - or whatever you have with you. You can also use the large garden with access to the lake, fireplace, grill and gazebo. Other things to note The house and property are family-friendly - there is space to romp, laze around and numerous ways to explore nature. The chalk lake - one of the top diving spots in Europe - is within walking distance. There are many cycling and hiking trails, lakes for fishing, swimming, bird watching and water sports on the Oste, one of the cleanest rivers in the country.
