The space This property has been decorated to the nines! Velvet couch, plush rug, fantastic light fixtures, and attention to detail. All of the items you would need for mixing drinks are available on the bar cart, you just provide the alcohol! Beautiful new kitchen with everything you need to cook your meals during your stay. A full size fridge, gas stove, and dishwasher. Your own laundry room for your convenience. parking in front with provided permits. Hangout in the backyard complete with Cafe lights and fire pit with chairs or a table and chairs for dining outside. This area is fully fenced. Guest access Entire upstairs 2 floors is a separate, self contained unit. The front yard flows to the next door neighbors yard with no division. The backyard is a shared space with the basement unit. Other things to note This house has a basement apartment where we have midterm guests stay. They have a separate entrance in the back of the house and there is no access between units. The backyard is a shared space so please be mindful when using the firepit and grill. If you expect reimbursement for a cancellation for any reason, you should purchase travel insurance for your trip.
