Ocean Block Boho Beach House

Welcome to my little boho inspired beach house located in the heart of Dewey Beach. 300 feet to the sand, you can hear and smell the ocean from the doorstep. This 2 bedroom 1 bath condo is perfect for small family getaway or with a few friends. Fully equipped little kitchen is available for light cooking, along with gas grills, outdoor showers, and outdoor seating in the condo common areas. I designed this space for me, but I hope you can love it too!Max 4 adults, no parties. The space If you love being at the beach all day, my little boho retreat is the perfect little spot to relax. Ceiling fans in every room circulate the fresh ocean air. Please note, there is only 1 large air conditioning unit in the living room that will cool the whole unit but the doors must be ajar. For your convenience, wifi is available along with the smart tv and Sonos in the living room. Beach chairs and towels are available for use to dry off from the ocean and outdoor showers. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The 2nd bedroom had 2 twin size mattresses. Both rooms have a small dresser and closet for your belongings. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Keurig coffee machine, blender, and dishes for your stay. I provide linens (many don't!) , towels, basic shampoo/conditioner, soap. Please let me know if anything breaks so I can replace it. Guest access I have 1 parking spot available in the buildings lot- its the one closest to my unit marked Unit 1. Please be careful, it can be tight in here during the summer. I also have 1 additional street parking permit available for guest use. Other things to note Air conditioning: there is a large unit that cools the whole unit but doors will have to remain open. Ceiling fans in every room, and a pretty darn nice ocean breeze. Please be conscious about my lovely neighbors and keep noise and music down after 11pm. Have drinks, chit chat, fun dinners in the patio, but please no parties. Max 4 adults. I spent a lot of time trying to make a nice space to enjoy this fun little town. Please remember I live there too and help take care of my little condo!
