Please note that the entrance hall and the stairs leading to the apartment are shared with other residents of the building, as it is a historic property with two housing units. Other things to note The air conditioning system is included, up to 3 kWh per day. Any additional consumption will be recorded by the meter and charged at the end of the stay. Security deposit: A security deposit of €200 is required at check-in, which will be returned in full at check-out after checking the condition of the apartment.
