Small hall downstairs and staircase up to level 2. The apartment has a large dedicated terrace of about 30 m2 at the front of the property. Morning sun and afternoon sun. On the terrace, there will be lounge furniture, a grill, etc. Newly furnished autumn 2024 - brand new kitchen etc for the season 2025. The space The apartment has a nice bathroom with washer/dryer, shower and toilet. Large open plan living room with kitchen. The apartment has a 55" UHD TV, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and Wi-Fi 100 mbit, etc. The apartment has its own parking space outside the front door. Private entrance with hall and internal staircase up to the apartment. You check in and out on your own with a key hide and are completely on your own. You "borrow" it for private self-catering. Pillows, duvets are available, you bring your own sheets/towels. Bedroom 1 has a double bed (can be divided into 2 separate beds during the Almedal Week). Guest access You enter through the outer staircase on the far end of the property. There is a door with a code lock. In the parking lot there is another front door that goes directly up to the apartment with internal stairs. This has been blocked and you do not have access to that entrance. The hall inside the lower entrance is used for storing pillows, mattresses and some of the host's clothes. The stairs to the closed entrance have been secured with a child gate. The closed staircase goes directly out to the street and not down to the lower apartment which is completely separate from your living area.
