Welcome to 1 Green Gables in beautiful Glaslough, Co. Monaghan. The home features a well-equipped kitchen, dining space, 3 comfy bedrooms, and a sizeable living space. In the garden, there's a large patio to enjoy a morning coffee. There's also free on-site parking. Centrally located, making it easy to explore everything the village has to offer, from visiting Castle Leslie, exploring the nearby area & outdoor activities, to enjoying the craic with the locals across the street in the Olde Bar. The space As you step into our home, you'll immediately feel the warm and inviting ambiance. The open living room has a good size TV and offers a relaxing space to unwind after a day of exploring. The well-equipped kitchen has modern appliances and all the essentials needed to prepare meals. A dining area with seating for six is perfect for enjoying time with family and friends. Upstairs, you'll find three comfortable bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished to ensure a restful night's sleep. The master bedroom features a King-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is a generous sized double.. The third bedroom is a lovely quirky single. There is ample storage throughout the property to stash suitcases. A shared bathroom with a bathtub and shower completes the upper floor. Outdoors, there's a calming patio where you can enjoy a morning coffee or an evening drink. If you're travelling with little ones (or big ones), they'll have plenty of space to play and explore in the fresh air. There’s also free private parking at the rear of the property. Guest access The entire home is yours to enjoy throughout your stay. Other things to note The laughter of locals from the pub across the road, and the occasional celebration taking part in the village is all part of the experience. We recommend you join in on the fun whenever possible! If you need space for extra guests, there's an option to accommodate an additional 2 people in the second bedroom. Perfect for kids or anyone who's happy to get a bit cosy and share a room. Just let me know ahead of time if you need the extra bed.
