The space This suite is in the lower unit of a two-unit property. No worries as you will have your separate private entrance and you will not be sharing any of the amenities to other guests. Other things to note PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: 1) Please carefully read our house rules on non-smoking of all kinds (inside and outside in close proximity of the premises). $500 FINE for violation. Our cleaners are trained to check the unit. 2) Please indicate the actual amount of guests that will be staying. Maximum occupancy is 4 guests. 3) You may come across guests from the upper unit but they are nice and friendly. 4) Thermostat can only be accessed in the upper unit but we have pre-set the temperature remotely for your arrival. Just let me know if you want to adjust the temperature and would be happy to assist right away. (2 portable heaters are available in the unit if needed). 5) Security camera installed on the outdoor premises ONLY to ensure the guests/neighbours safety.
