Baguio Transient House is formerly a family rest house converted to Transient House. The palce is newly renovated and most of the furnitures and appliances are new. Since it's a family rest house the condition of the place is well maintained. If you're looking for spacious, clean, great ambiance, cozy, fully furnished has indoor fireplace and accessible. Our house is perfect for your baguio accommodation. Guest access Guest can use the entire house, not shared. Except the caretaker's house. The lot area has three other houses separated by a gate, guest are only allowed to access their booked space. Other things to note Amenities? Whole house, Not shared. Living room with TV. Let us know which type of car/van you will bring. *The management is not liable for any loss or damages. How many can you accommodate? We can accommodate up to 12 pax comfortably, to keep the well-maintained condition of the house, but can max upto 15pax. Will you provide towels? The management will not offer towels Drinking water | Toiletries? We suggest to bring or buy your own drinking water or toiletries Or you can buy your drinking water at our caretaker’s. ⏱What time can we check in/out? Standard CHECK-IN is 2pm until 8pm only and CHECK-OUT of 11 am. Early check in? We allow early check in of 8am but it depends if we have no guest prior or before to your booking date. (You have to pay extra fee for early check in) Late check out? We allow as late as 5pm. ( You will have to pay succeeding extension hour/s). NO EARLY CHECK IN on PEAK MONTH/DATES House rules: No pets allowed. No smoking/ vaping "INSIDE" the house. No Running inside the house. Maintain cleanliness and proper waste disposal. Avoid vandalism. AVOID MAKING LOUD NOISES RESPECT SILENT NIGHT Rule of the city. Damage to property will be charge to you. FOLLOW YOUR CHECK IN & CHECK OUT TIME. Return key to the caretaker before check out. PRESENT AT LEAST VALID IDs BEFORE CHECKING-IN REMINDER: RESERVE RESPONSIBLY, please make sure of the number of pax and number of days of stay before sending your booking request. Security Deposit of P1,000 shall be given to our care taker upon check-in and shall be returned to the tenant upon your check-out. A contract will be handed to you before you check-in, please read and have your signature after. CCTVs are installed and are placed only at the common areas of our units and not inside of any private rooms / areas. The footages will be reviewed upon request of the guest / authorities incase an incident of loss or damage occur. Pandemic guidelines. Please wear your mask when in need to speak with our staff. No visitors allowed for now as per DOT mandated us. only those who are booked in our place are the only ones allowed inside the premise. Cutlery(Spoon, Fork,Drinking glasses etc.) are available, but we strongly suggest to bring your own. Our staff will check your temperature upon check-in. Stop by our Hand sanitizer and foot bath section to disinfect. To our guests, May we ask you to please follow all the rules and regulations that we have sent to you. Please respect quiet times starting 9pm to 6am as imposed by the local government unit of the city. No visitors allowed. Avoid running inside the house specially on the second level. Please dispose your trash properly. Do not move the furniture where it was positioned or placed. Please be a responsible house guest and tourist.
