This 1-bed apartment in central Exeter will give you the best of both worlds. And so much more. Let’s start with the open plan living space, a prime example of a 21st Century apartment. There’s a modern fitted kitchen in here with all the appliances you need to rustle up a snack or two, and keep your clothes clean without having to trek to the launderette. There’s a dining table too, ideal for a meal, but also a good place to get the laptop and papers out and get some work done. Speaking of hotel features, the owners of this property certainly take care over how their apartment looks and feels. Just like a hotel, all towels, bed linen and toiletries are provided, and help yourself to the tea, coffee and milk. And just like home, there prints on the wall which give the place a warm, welcoming feel. You can choose your own bed setup for the bedroom, whether it be King & Sofa Bed or Twins & Sofa Bed. Just let your hosts know in advance which suits you best. Couples on a City Break, corporate travelers in the area on business, and even mature students looking for somewhere to stay near Exeter University will find this apartment ideal. And if you’re a bath person or strictly shower only, well, don’t worry, the property’s modern bathroom features both. Guest access You will have full & exclusive use of the apartment. You will receive the check in details on the day of your arrival (so please let them know your estimated arrival time). You’ll have full and exclusive use of the apartment for the duration of your stay so make yourselves at home. Need a lift to and from Exeter Airport or Train Station or Bus Station? Just let your host know in advance and they’ll be happy to pick you up, drop you off or both. How’s that for great service? Home cooked meals can be left on arrival at an additional charge. I can be contacted from 9am to 9pm, every day of the week, if I am unavailable, another contact number will be confirmed. Other things to note HOUSE RULES No smoking anywhere in the apartment, please. No parties or events are to be hosted in the property. And, for the sake of our neighbours, please keep the noise down, especially between 10PM and 8AM. Thanks! Check-in is any time after 3PM Guests are required to sign Life’s 2 Short Terms and Conditions separately including uploading an ID to verify the booking Parking is subject to availability. Parking is £10.00 a day, you will receive an invoice from us to settle this before your stay. Please make sure you have provided your registration. This is a private parking, no parking ticket is needed.
