Other things to note The apartment has 3 bedrooms, but only 2 are available for lodging. The third bedroom and a private bathroom are for the exclusive use of my mother, who lives in the place. She is the one who welcomes guests with kindness and respect. The entire apartment is not rented, only private rooms with access to common areas. The apartment entrance is for guests and you must send us your ID in advance to be able to check in. If for any reason one or more people accompany you, to help you settle in or similar, you are asked to notify us to indicate at reception.
