"Sunset Studio" - for UP travel and MTU Visits

Located minutes from Michigan Tech University, Downtown Houghton, and Midwest's best Winter Recreation. Our cozy, and private 1-bedroom studio has your own (not-shared) bathroom and entry. The space is comfortable with a soft queen-sized bed, fresh linens, coffeemaker, 50” TV, mini-fridge, microwave, streaming and wifi, We’re proud to be a SuperHost and will ensure to make your stay great. The space The "Sunset Studio" is a private room with a private entrance on our 1 acre property and a perfect spot for your western UP trip. We are just one mile from the Bill Nichols recreation trail, and welcome snowmobilers. (Yes ! We have the space to easily park your trailer side-by-side with your vehicle, or let us know if you need more room to keep it hitched.) Michigan Tech's trail network and Mont Ripley are 4 miles away, and it's about an hour to Mount Bohemia or the Porkies. This is a very cozy room with view of the frequently gorgeous sunsets. You will have Wi-Fi with a 50”streaming tv., plus microwave, and fridge. There is also a small comfortable table with 2 stools for dining or working. Guest access You will have access to your own private room with a bathroom down the hall. Other things to note This cozy studio is 4.5 miles to Downtown Houghton and MTU, about 1 mile to the Bill Nichols Trail, 10 miles to the Airport (CMX), 40 miles to Mount Bohemia, 50 miles to Copper Harbor, and 60 miles to the Porcupine Mountains.
