Room with bathroom, living room and garden, all private and with a separate entrance. Located just a 10-minute drive from San Sebastian, 50m from the bus stop and 300m from the train station. Basic services (supermarket, sports center, laundry) are very close and a minute's walk away is the municipal swimming pool open from June to September. Free parking is available in the public parking lot behind the house. Registration No.: LSS00288 The space It is divided into 5 large spaces; the bedroom, the living room, the bathroom, the porch and the garden. - The room with a double bed and a wardrobe. - The living/dining room has a sofa with a 36" TV and fireplace for a pleasant stay. (Free Wi-Fi signal). - The bathroom has a shower (with hot water), a toilet and a sink with a mirror. - On the porch there is a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher etc. We also have a large grill and a large table to honor yourself with a large barbecue. - And finally, to enjoy tranquility and nature, we have a large private garden with a table with 2 chairs, 2 sun loungers and a shower to cool off. Other things to note It is a single-family house and the room is on the ground floor. We live upstairs but both have independent access.
