The fully renovated kitchen is at the crux, with living spaces in both directions, a massive dining area adjacent to the pass-through fireplace, and many families sharing one house, for a reunion. Guest access The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home. Other things to note BBQ is at $85 if you like this option. Max 24 guests. No exceptions. Adults must be present and are responsible for any guests under the age of 21. Parking restricted to max 8 vehicles only. No events of any kind, no exceptions. No outside music, fireworks, and no weapons or smoking/vaping inside. No illicit drugs of any kind. No pets. Parking allowed on garage pad only not on grass. Pool uses for max 12 guests at a time. Teens & children must be supervised in pool by an adult at all times as no lifeguard on duty, no diving - signs are posted. Guests are prohibited from operating any pool equipment on the premise. Rules are reviewed with guests upon check in and are also clearly posted inside property.
