Our apartments all have a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a kitchen and dining table, and a bathroom with shower/toilet. We offer you free WiFi. TV and radio. For children we are happy to provide an extra bed for a small fee. We also have cribs and cribs on site. Our romantic house in wooden construction was built around 1895 and has since been renovated and modernized with a lot of love for detail. Today, it is one of the monuments in the Baltic Sea resort of Zinnowitz and can be assigned to the unique bathroom architecture in time. The house is situated: - 100m to the beach - 200m to the pier and city center Zinnowitz We offer a total of 7 apartments that you can book All rooms have a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a kitchen and a dining table, and a bathroom with shower/toilet. We offer you free Wi-Fi as well as telephony (local calls free of charge), TV and radio. We offer an extra bed or a cot for children. *Our apartment no. 6 is dog-friendly. We are asking you to register this in advance. *Apartment no. 7 can also be booked as an offer for your teenage children. If you are interested, please report via message. PLEASE NOTE: 1. The tourist tax has increased to €2.70/person in 2023 and children from 6 years old are unfortunately also included. You can also read this again on the Zinnowitzer website under 'Kurabgabe'. 2. We do not provide beds and towels. You can book a laundry package for 30€/person, this includes 1x bed linen, 1x shower towel, 1x towel. We ask for your understanding. The romantic garden with seating in the beach chair or in the sitting area is available to our guests. Check-in is via key box. The code will be sent to you in the days prior to your arrival. The beach promenade and the beach can be reached in no time via the Promenaden-Pforte and the beach entrance in no time. Shopping facilities can be reached on foot (about 10 min.) as well as by car. The Zinnowitzer beach promenade with its bathroom villas and playfully landscaped garden attracts steadily with walks. A visit to our 315 m long Vineta lake bridge allows further views over the lake and back to the buildings of the Zinnowitzer Promenade. The bike path is right in front of our house: it leads on the beach promenade westwards to Trassenheide and Karlshafen, to Peenemünde, further east over the fishing villages of Zempin and Koserow to the imperial baths. Spa tax: Staying in the Baltic Sea resort of Zinnowitz is subject to a spa tax. Amount of the spa tax (according to the tax rate 2023): Peak season (01.04. - 31.10.):  2,70€/day Low season (11/1 – 03/31): 2.00€/day Children from the spa tax are exempt from the age of 6.
