The house is originally built in 1905 and is a wooden house and it has all the characters an old house should have, the stairs creak when you walk them, it is insulated with wood chips so you can see the house “breathe” when it is windy and so on. Because of the wooden beam sound travels along them and even though we have added additional soundproofing you will always here some noise between floors.
