Come and enjoy this medieval house, refurbished to modern tastes, away from the noise of the city, located in the historic center of Gourdon. This little cocoon on the hill has been completely redesigned to offer you maximum comfort and to enjoy relaxing moments with family. Ideally located to explore the various remarkable sites such as the Dordogne Valley and its castles, the city of Rocamadour, the Padirac Cave and many others. The space Located in a quiet alley in the medieval city, come and discover the center of Gourdon in a few steps and enjoy the local services (shops, market...) This 94 m² house offers: * A fully equipped open kitchen: An oven, microwave, induction stove, fridge, range hood, dishwasher, all the necessary utensils to cook "like at home", soft pod coffee machine as well as a kettle and toaster. Available on arrival: coffee pods, tea, sugar, salt and pepper, and dishwasher capsules. * A living room composed of a dining area and a sitting area equipped with a 32' FHD flat screen TV and a Wi-Fi connection. The living room sofa can be converted into a bed for one person. * Bedrooms: bed and bath linens are provided. Bedroom 1: Queen size bed (160 x 200) and sofa bed (90 x 190). Bedroom 2: Double bed (140 x 190). * One bathroom: hygiene products are provided as well as a hairdryer. * A laundry room: a washing machine (with capsules available), an ironing board and iron as well as a clothes rack. All downtown shops (bakery, restaurants, cinema, post office, tourist office, etc.) as well as public parking and tourist attractions are steps away from the accommodation. Guest access Look no further to find a place to park, you can park in peace next to the Saint-Pierre church (Place des Marronniers), in the parking lot of the post office or on the "city tour".
