The unit is 945 SF and has a pool view that is steps away from the front door. It is a 6 minute walk to the beach or short trolley ride. Barefoot Landing is 10 minute walk. Must be 25 years old to rent. The space Luxury 1st floor condo. Living Room, dinette, kitchen, 2 bedroom , 2 bathroom and a balcony. The unit has cable TV and WIFI. The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster oven, blender, crock pot, pots and pans, dishes, flatware, cups, glasses, wine glasses, BBQ utensils, cooking utensils, and trash disposal. Bathrooms have soap, shampoo, conditioner, body gel, bath towels, and wash clothes. Bedrooms have sheets, pillow cases,, and pillows. Dinette has a dinner table with 6 chairs. At the beach, a locker with beach chairs, umbrella, and toys are available for use during your stay. Guest access The whole condo and resort is available for your enjoyment. Other things to note Beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys are available for you use. These must be returned to the locker. Must be 25 or older to rent.
