I am offering a room in my house. You will find a beautiful lounge area, living room, 50 m2 kitchen on the ground floor. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, gas stove, fridge freezer, washing machine, household robots (Monsieur Cuisine, blender, Nespresso machine, etc.). A central island for eating meals. A TV area (Netflix and Freebox channel). The space I rent this room in my home. I've been renovating my place little by little for 3 years now. I love decorating and I love finding my furniture. ⚠️ No smoking allowed ⚠️ You will find a beautiful living room area, living room, 50 m2 kitchen on the ground floor. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, gas stove, fridge freezer, washing machine, household robots (Monsieur Cuisine, blender, Nespresso machine, etc.). A central island for dining as well as a lounge table that can accommodate 6 people. A TV corner with a large flat screen (Netflix and Freebox channel). You will find a piano and a pellet stove, a toilet downstairs. Upstairs you have a long hallway, leading to 3 bedrooms, a brand new bathroom with shower and large bathtub. Two bedrooms rented on Airbnb with double bed. The 3rd bedroom is not accessible and locked. The upstairs toilet is usable, it is being renovated. Guest access You will have access to the living room, dining room and kitchen. It is possible to cook but I would ask you to leave the kitchen as you found it, dishes put away and clean worktop. You will have the option to borrow salt, pepper and oils (please do not touch my pantry). Other things to note Non-smoking ⚠️ accommodation ⚠️ I use a company to clean the textiles if there is ever a smell of cigarettes in the accommodation or one of the rooms. You will be responsible for the costs.
