All about The Cabin at Keuka Lake The space Brand new construction, the Cabin is on a 2.5 acre lot conveniently located just south of Penn Yan off Route 54 with fabulous Lake Views and Surrounding Countryside Located just south of Penn Yan on the Keuka Wine Trail, Enjoy visiting wineries, hiking, fishing, and exploring this beautiful area. Free public boat launch in Penn Yan, as well as numerous wineries, restaurants and attractions just a few miles away.  2 Miles away from the famous Windmill Farm and Craft Market. Inside we have 3 spacious bedrooms with lots of natural light, private bathroom /shower, full kitchen with cooktop, living room area with large dining table for 6 , 2 full bathrooms, cozy reading nook and electric fireplace. Outside under a covered porch is a dining table for 6, comfortable lounge seating and a propane grill. The Cabin is fully heated and air conditioned inside Guests will have a keyless entry pad to gain access to the property. Wifi is available for the 2 TV sets. Sorry, no pets allowed.  No smoking inside.   OUTSIDE The outside living space area is fully covered with a large vaulted porch roof and beautiful views of Keuka lake and the surrounding countryside.  We also have a propane grill and a fire pit with 8 Adirondack style chairs to enjoy the scenery. The majority of the property is open fields with a portion of the property wooded. INSIDE The bedrooms have lots of windows for natural light. Connecting to the master bedroom is a private full bathroom. The living space area also has a electric fireplace, TV,  2 couches, 2 chairs, and full view windows overlooking the lake. The kitchen has all modern amenities including; refrigerator with freezer and ice maker, cook top, oven, and microwave.
